Howdy, I created this site and idea because we are in some pretty dark times right now and there is a lot we need to do and we need to have joy in our fight, but more importantly, there are many people who want to do something but just don't know WHAT to do or WHERE to find out HOW to do it.

My goal for this site was to give people a place to find factual information and give people the resources they need to make an impact in the next 1 year, 2 years, 4 years and the community to keep us sane going forward. 

The duck idea is to generate awareness that there are places to go and people ready to help you get organized. The first draft of this is to get people in my home state (Michigan) and throughout the US some place to raise their hand and say "I want to help". Currently I am focusing on Indivisible, but I will continue to add additional resources as necessary.
